If we can’t offer you a reasonable solution to your problem you won’t pay anything.

  • What is considered to be a “reasonable solution”?

Occasionally, we come across some computers and other devices such as phones and tablets that may need replacement due to their age or because their value deems them not economical to repair.  In these cases we still charge for our visit but we encourage you to take advantage of the remaining hour.  We can spend this time assisting you with purchasing advice for a new device or on other tasks such as backing up your computer.

We will always try to work with you to find a positive outcome. If we are not able to solve your problem or offer you useful, practical advice then we have not offered you a “reasonable solution” and you will not pay.


  • Do you offer student and pensioner discounts?

Yes, 5% pensioner and student discounts are available.  Just present your card at the completion of the service.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa & MasterCard or Cash.

Sorry we do not accept Cheque or Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer.

  • When do I pay you?

At the successful completion of your service.

  • Do you charge a call out fee?

No, we never charge call out fees.

  • Do you offer a guarantee on your services?

Yes, we offer a 30 day guarantee.  If your original problem reoccurs through no fault of your own then we will resolve it for you again free of charge excluding any additional part costs required.
