- What if you can’t fix it?
If we can’t offer you a reasonable solution to your problem you won’t pay anything.
- What constitutes a reasonable solution?
Occasionally, we come across some computers and other devices such as phones and tablets that may need replacement due to their age or because they are not economical to repair. In these cases we still charge for our time. However, this time is not wasted; We can usually spend it backing up your most important files and help provide useful information on what type of new computer to buy. We can help provide information on where to source it from and find the best deals in your area.
We will always to try work with you to find a positive outcome and just because you may have an old computer doesn’t mean we can’t help you get back on track.
- Do you offer student and pensioner discounts?
Yes, 5% pensioner and student discounts are available. Just present your card at the completion of the service.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard or Cash.
Sorry we do not accept Cheque or Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer.
- When do I pay you?
At the completion of your service you will be asked for payment.
- How far will you drive out to repair my computer?
Refer to the map below for our driving radius, however please call us if you are outside the area as we may be able to offer alternatives to resolving your problem.
- Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we never charge call out fees. We achieve this by charging a minimum of one hour fee. We encourage you to make the most of this hour, have a list of questions planned if you can and we will work through as much as we can in that time.
- Do you charge less for tuition?
No, we simply charge the same amount for all types of services.
- Do you offer a guarantee on your services?
Yes, we offer a 30 day guarantee. If your original problem reoccurs through no fault of your own then we will resolve it for you again free of charge excluding. In some cases parts may be chargeable depending on the circumstance (e.g. warranties, where they were bought from etc). We may also elect to do this repair remotely as this can save a great deal of time. For more information on this please give us a ring.
